What payment types are accepted?
We accept checks, money orders, debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), and PayPal.
How do I make a payment?
For your convenience, we offer three ways to make a payment:
- You can pay in person with a check or a credit/debit card at your own site.
- You can pay online through our payment system (debit/credit cards or PayPal).

ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I don’t have any artwork. Would you help me?
Yes! After you place your order, we will discuss with you the details of your ad and our fantastic graphic design team will give you 3 different options to choose from.
Do you charge extra for the artwork?
No. Although creating an artwork requires time and resources, this first year we are not charging anything. So, take advantage of it!
I already have an artwork. Can I use it?
Of course! Just send it to us. We accept the following formats: PDF, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. All fonts should be attached or embedded, all images should be 300 dpi, and the file should be CMYK. If you have your artwork in a different format or need help with this, just let us know. We will be happy to assist you!

What is the size of the magazine?
The exact size in inches is 8.375” wide by 10.875” high. It is very close to a letter size paper.
What is the quality of the magazine?
The Guía Médica Hispana will be produced entirely in full color and using high quality glossy paper.
Is the paper different between the cover and the inside pages?
Yes. The cover will be printed on 80 pound glossy paper, while the inside pages will be printed on 45 pound glossy paper.
How are the ads organized?
Ads will be grouped by specialty (color coded), and then presented by city.
When is the magazine distributed?
It will be distributed at the end of summer of 2015.
Where is the magazine distributed?
The Guía Médica Hispana will be distributed at over 300 locations in Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas and Clark Counties, where the Hispanic population is present (Hispanic businesses such as Mexican stores and restaurants, supermarkets, churches, non-profits, Hispanic residential locations and more!).
How many copies of the magazine are printed?
We will print at least 25,000 copies. We may increase the number later.
How many issues will be produced per year?
Only one issue will be produced per year. We want our readers to keep the magazine and use it as a reference when healthcare services are needed.
I placed an order. Am I going to receive a copy of the magazine?
Of course! All our clients are going to receive 1 copy of the magazine by mail. If you wish to have more, please let us know.

Is the magazine a print publication and an online magazine as well?
The Guía Médica Hispana is only a printed publication. The website www.guiamedicahispana.com is for information about the magazine only.
Are you going to have an online version in the future?
We are thinking about it and we like the idea! But for now, we want to focus on the printed version.
